We use volunteering to bring the community together, improve the lives of our volunteers, their communities and the people they help.
In 2020-2021, our team:
- Helped 6,264 people in the community face-to-face or by phone, email or webchat
- Provided advice on more than 13,3231 issues
- Supported clients to gain £2.144 million benefits
Our clients approached us for help in many areas. The most common areas were:
- Benefits – 40% of issues
- Housing – 10%
- Debt – 8%
- Relationships, family, employment – 6%
- Other – 36%
