Our Advisers provide the practical knowledge and confidence you need to find your way forward during these challenging times – whoever you are and whatever your problem.
Coronavirus has made an unprecedented impact on people’s lives. If you have been affected, Citizens Advice Waverley can provide support and advice about a range of issues such as: employment, claiming benefits, paying your bills, housing problems and relationship breakdowns.
Although our offices are closed during the Coronavirus crisis (apart from our Video Advice Service – see below*), we are still providing FREE AND INDEPENDENT advice.
The South West Surrey Domestic Abuse Outreach Team is continuing to provide support during this period. Call us on 01483 898884 (Mon-Fri 9-4pm) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. See below for other organisations that can help:
If you are in immediate danger call the police – 999
We recognise that there are a number of people in Waverley who do not have access to telephone or email, or whose information and advice needs cannot be met through these channels. Therefore, we have decided to expand our reach to ensure that we meet the requirements of this group.
