Position: Help to Claim Universal Credit (Universal Support) – Telephone & Webchat Advisers

Salary: From £20,000 FTE – subject to experience and location
Contract type: Fixed for one year ending 31st March 2020
Citizens Advice is set to deliver a new service called “Universal Support: Help to Claim” which offers end-to-end support to help people make a new Universal Credit claim and be ready for when their first payment arrives.
We are recruiting staff to deliver this service for us via the telephone and using webchat. The service will be provided from the locations stated above on behalf of Surrey Local Citizens Advice.
We are looking for advisers or assessors, with excellent communication and IT skills and a commitment to delivering high quality advice.
Full training will be given however previous experience as an adviser with Citizens Advice would be a distinct advantage.
