Salary: FTE £30,942,55, pro-rata £19,235.18 (inc. 6% pension)
Citizens Advice Waverley are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead us through the next phase of our exciting development. Operations experience, leading teams of paid staff and volunteers and managing an advice giving service are all skills that this role requires. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to our clients, our motivated team members and strong partnerships with our funders; our new Service Delivery manager will reinforce these practices as well as putting in place strategies to meet the challenges we face ahead. Citizens Advice Waverley is a local independent charity providing free, impartial and confidential advice to people across the borough of Waverley. It runs advice offices in Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming and Haslemere.
Working within the aims, policies and principles of the Citizens Advice service this post takes responsibility for the delivery and development of the Citizens Advice service at designated offices to meet the needs of the local communities.
